Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once payment for the booking has been received. Guests will receive a relevant deposit confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival date: Guests are entitled to a 100% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the date of arrival: Guests are entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival date: No refund will be made and the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Modification of reservation

Guests can request changes to their reservation (such as changing dates) at least 7 days before the original arrival date. Any changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

No Display Policy

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged without refund.

Early departure

If a guest decides to depart earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refund will be given for unused nights.

Force majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of both parties (such as natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events), Pelagus reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations. Guests will be notified and may be offered a full or partial refund, as the case may be.

Payment methods

Payments can be made by bank transfer or bank deposit before the stay.

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the terms described above.
